I am residing in Victoria and had been searching for reliable information on what wooden floors could be laid on a heated concrete slab. I found comments and advice made by Marques Flooring on various home renovation websites and decided to address this company directly with my own queries. Having had my time wasted by other companies who were out to sell me a product regardless of whether it was the right one for my purposes or not, it was great to finally deal with someone who provided good advice from real experience. Even though we ordered our floor from a Queensland company it was delivered to our home in Melbourne directly from a Victorian warehouse at a lower price than that given by all Victorian retailers. Josh from Marques Flooring was a pleasure to deal with, patiently answered all our questions and professionally followed up with a telephone call to ensure delivery had taken place as scheduled.

Josh was great to work with. I ordered the flooring from Cairns and had it delivered there. I was apprehensive, as I was out of town, but he does a superb job of staying in touch and answering all questions, even after the floors were paid for and delivered. I have emailed a number of questions to him re installing the floors since my purchase and he takes the time to make sure he has the right info from the manufacturer before replying.
